Mediterráneo Havana is a one of the most renowned restaurants in the city. One reason is that it gets most of its products directly from a farm, Vista Hermosa, which is part of a larger project. We’ll visit Vista Hermosa to learn about the processes and ecological practices used there. We’ll taste cheeses and artisan sausages. We’ll make a tour of the farm by ride a horse or by cart. Then we’ll head back to Mediterráneo, where you’ll enjoy a tasting menu made of these local products. We include transportation to go to the farm and return to the restaurant, it is not necessary to pay for it.
